Your 20s and 30s: The Foundation of a Healthy Life
There is something many of us believe when we are young: that our bodies will always forgive us. We can eat whatever we…

People always know what they want.
A kind partner.
A financially stable partner.
A peaceful partner.
A supportive partner.
But the truth is simple.
Most people are asking for qualities they do not carry.
Before you ask the world for something, you must first ask yourself if you reflect it.
Women also do this
There are women who have no plan for their lives.
They are not building anything.
They have no vision, no growth and no intention to improve.
Yet their biggest dream is to marry a wealthy man.
A wealthy man is not just wealthy.
He is focused, disciplined and consistent.
Why should a man who built his life choose someone who refuses to build her own?
You cannot attract a level you have not prepared for.
And men do it too
There are men who want a hardworking woman.
A woman who earns her money.
A woman who is focused and stable.
Yet the man asking for this is not working.
He has no direction and no personal drive.
He wants a woman who is complete while he is still waiting for life to fix him.
You cannot demand strength when you are not working on your own strength.
Men who want peace but cannot give peace
This part is very common.
Many men say they want peace.
They want a calm woman.
They want a woman who will not stress them.
But look closely.
They disrespect the same woman they expect peace from.
They lie, cheat, shout and hurt her.
Then they turn around and say
I just want peace.
That is not peace.
That is manipulation.
You cannot create storms and then complain about the rain.
A woman cannot give peace where there is constant disrespect.
The law of reciprocation
Life does not give you what you demand.
Life gives you who you are.
If you carry peace, peaceful people will find you.
If you carry growth, you will meet people who want to grow.
If you carry disrespect, you will attract people who take advantage of you or treat you the same.
Reciprocation is not about perfection.
It is about alignment.
Become what you seek
If you want kindness, practice kindness.
If you want loyalty, be consistent.
If you want respect, give respect.
If you want a hardworking partner, work on yourself too.
If you want peace, stop giving stress.
If you want stability, fix your own chaos.
You cannot ask for what you do not embody.
Everything you seek in others must first exist in you.
Final truth
People expect so much from others but very little from themselves.
The world is simply reflecting your character, your effort and your growth.
Before you demand more, become more.
Before you ask for the best, become the best version of yourself.
Reciprocation begins with you.
